While worshipping in a Church in Schoharie Valley with sunshine coming in the windows. I envisioned this banner. During 2008 Quilt "Shop Hop", I collected each color from a different Quilt Fabric Shop. To create this rainbow colored banner, I used the light blue cloudy fabric with each of the colors to make half-square triangles. Using the cool colors of kelly green, blue, purple in center for the cross, I used the warm colors of pink, red, orange, gold, yellow and a light marbled green for the four outer corners. The outer border of the cool mottled blue/teal/purple fabric completes this colorful banner to hang on wall or entry door. Rod pocket on top of back accomodates a café rod of your choice. When needed wash in cold water and line dry.
